Brand the Pollock and make it an appealing alternative to Cod as there is a current issue with declining Cod numbers and over fishing. Make it bright and eye-catching and attract the 18-30 year old consumer.

The Solution
I have made the brand exciting and eye-catching. Stayed away from traditional fish branding and informed the customer of the environmental advantages of choosing pollock.
